Fulltime Job Applier

Terms of Service

Effective June 9, 2026

Agreement

By creating an account, installing the Fulltime Job Applier extension or desktop helper, or enrolling in our Assisted Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service is

Fulltime Job Applier helps job seekers complete and submit job applications faster at supported applicant tracking systems and company career portals. We offer the Service in two forms:

Self-Serve Software (the “AI” plan). Software you install and operate yourself. It runs on your own device, in your own browser session, using your own accounts. You direct it; it fills and, at your option, submits applications for you. We do not receive or store the login credentials you use on third-party sites under this plan — they remain on your device.

Assisted Service (the “AI + Human” plan). A done-for-you service in which our software, supervised by our trained human assistants, prepares and submits applications on your behalf. Under this plan you authorize us to act as your limited agent for the sole purpose of applying to jobs you select, and you authorize our personnel to access the information and credentials needed to do so. The Assisted Service has limited human capacity; enrollment may be waitlisted, in which case you may use the Self-Serve Software in the meantime.

How applications are submitted. In both forms, applications are submitted either from your own device or from a human assistant’s supervised browser session. We do not operate unattended, server-side bulk automation against third-party sites. This is a deliberate design choice that keeps you in control of your own accounts.

Account creation at a career site requires you to verify the activation email yourself — the Service cannot complete account creation without your explicit click on the verification link sent to your inbox.

You are the principal

You are the applicant. For the Self-Serve Software you operate a tool; for the Assisted Service you appoint us as your limited agent. In every case the applications are yours, the accounts are yours, and the information submitted is yours.

Your responsibilities

Truthful information. All information you provide — including work history, education, skills, and especially your work-authorization / immigration status — must be true, accurate, and not misleading. The Service submits your stated information to employers. Submitting false or embellished information may constitute fraud, is strictly prohibited, and is grounds for immediate termination.

Your own accounts. You own, or are authorized to use, every account the Service signs into on your behalf, and you authorize the Service (and, for the Assisted Service, our human assistants) to access them solely to apply for jobs you select.

Authorization for others (Enterprise / agency). If you use the Service to apply on behalf of other candidates (for example a placement agency, consultancy, bootcamp, or career-services provider on an Enterprise plan), you represent that you have each candidate’s informed, documented authorization; that each candidate has self-attested the truth of their own information, including work authorization; and that you will not alter a candidate’s work-authorization answers.

Compliance with target sites’ terms. The websites where the Service applies have their own terms of service, some of which restrict automated or assisted access. Whether your specific use is permitted by a given site is between you and that site. You acknowledge and assume that risk, including the risk that a site may restrict or suspend your account.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent applications, or impersonate another person.
  • Use the Service to alter or misrepresent any person’s work-authorization or immigration status.
  • Circumvent the rate limits and human-paced safeguards built into the Service. These limits exist to protect both you and the companies you apply to from spam-like behavior.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Use the Assisted Service or Enterprise features to apply for any person without their explicit, documented consent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fulltime Job Applier and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of: (a) information you provided that was false or misleading; (b) your breach of a third-party site’s terms; (c) your use of the Service to apply for another person without proper authorization; or (d) your breach of these terms.

Plans and payment

The Service offers a 7-day Free Trial with full features, after which the Start button is disabled until you choose a paid plan. We do not automatically convert your trial into a paid subscription. Paid plans come in two families:

Self-Serve Software (AI) plans — you run the software:

  • Pro — $75 / month, 25 applications per day.
  • Pro Max — $150 / month, 50 applications per day.
  • Power — $300 / month, 100 applications per day.

Assisted Service (AI + Human) plans — our AI prepares and our trained human assistants submit applications for you. Each plan adds human-assisted applications on top of its AI plan at a flat rate of $4 per application ($100 per 25) internationally, or ₹400 per application (₹10,000 per 25) in India:

  • Pro + Human — Pro plus 25 human-assisted applications per month.
  • Pro Max + Human — Pro Max plus 50 human-assisted applications per month.
  • Power + Human — Power plus 100 human-assisted applications per month.

The Assisted Service has limited human capacity and may be waitlisted; the AI plan remains available while you wait.

Billing. In India, plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled (in Indian rupees). Internationally, plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering a three-month block and do not auto-renew (in US dollars) — for example, an international AI + Human Pro block is $525, Pro Max is $1,050, and Power is $2,100 for the three months. The exact plan and price are always shown at checkout.

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. For monthly (India) plans, cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for. International three-month blocks do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the block expires.

Refunds and plan changes

No refunds on the current paid period. Once a charge has been processed, that period (a month for India plans, or the three-month block for international plans) is non-refundable. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewals but does not refund the period you are already in.

Mid-cycle plan changes. Upgrades or downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate the current period, issue partial refunds for downgrades, or offer credit toward upgrades.

Failed payments. If a recurring charge fails, the processor may retry over the following days; during that window your account is past-due but retains access. If retries exhaust, the subscription is cancelled and the account drops to the free tier.

Exceptional refunds. If a charge was made in error (duplicate billing, an unauthorized transaction on your card, or a confirmed extended Service outage), email admin@jobapplier.app within 7 days of the charge. We review these case-by-case and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

No employment guarantee

The Service helps you submit applications. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Our success metric is “you applied to the right jobs faster than you would have manually” — outcomes after that depend on the employer.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the data you submit (resume, profile, and the like). You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Service software, models, and infrastructure.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Applicant tracking systems change layouts, captchas appear, third-party sites may restrict access, and browsers break extensions. We work to keep things running but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that any given application will be accepted.

We are not responsible for actions taken by employers based on applications you submitted via the Service. If an employer rejects your application, contacts you, or takes any action, that is between you and them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months or $100.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at admin@jobapplier.app so we can try to resolve the matter informally. To the extent permitted by law, you and the Company agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the truthful-information and acceptable-use rules. We will provide notice except in cases of clear abuse.

Changes to these terms

When we change material terms, we will update the version shown at the top, post the updated terms here, and re-prompt active users for acceptance on next sign-in. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
