Terms of Service

By creating an account or installing the Fulltime Job Applier Chrome extension, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Fulltime Job Applier is a brand of Subdrive Car Rentals Private Limited (CIN U63120TS2025PTC194096), a private limited company registered in India (the “Company”, “we”). Charges appear on your card statement under the Company’s registered name.

Fulltime Job Applier is an AI job-application assistant that runs as a Chrome extension in your own browser. It has no background presence on the web: it becomes active on a browser tab only when you open it there, and it cannot see or act on tabs you have not opened it on.

Reading is open; acting is limited to job applications. On the tab you open it on, the assistant can read the page and answer your questions about it, whatever that page is. What it will do — fill fields, click controls, attach files — happens on job applications. It recognises applications by reading the page rather than from a fixed list of sites, so it works on career sites we have never seen as well as on the large applicant-tracking platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, BambooHR, SmartRecruiters).

On an application page the assistant reads the form, fills it from the profile you saved, and drafts answers tailored to the specific job — screening questions, cover letters, “why this company” essays, and the like. It also offers an interactive chat panel: you can ask it to fill a missed field, redo a particular answer, or explain what it did, and it performs those page actions for you. It acts only when you start it — on the page in front of you or, for a batch you start from the dashboard, in a visible browser window it opens on your computer.

You review and you submit. The assistant fills; it never clicks Submit. Every run stops before the Submit button so you can review the completed form, and submitting is always your own click, in your own browser. It will also never sign in to an account, create one, enter a password or payment details, or complete a CAPTCHA — those remain yours to do.

Everything runs in your Chrome. Form reading and filling happen in your own browser session, under your accounts; our servers provide the intelligence (deciding answers from your profile) but never apply to jobs or act on your accounts at third-party sites. (They do read publicly available job listings to build your job board.) This is a deliberate design choice that keeps you in control of your own applications.

Where a career site requires an account, you sign in yourself — the Service does not collect or store your career-site credentials. Account creation at a career site likewise requires you to verify the activation email yourself; the Service cannot and will not complete it for you.

You are the applicant, and the Service is a tool you operate. The applications are yours, the accounts are yours, and the information submitted is yours. Nothing in the Service submits anything to an employer except as a direct result of your actions.

Truthful information. All information you provide — including work history, education, skills, and especially your work-authorization / immigration status — must be true, accurate, and not misleading. The Service fills applications with your stated information. Submitting false or embellished information may constitute fraud, is strictly prohibited, and is grounds for immediate termination.

Your own accounts. You own, or are authorized to use, every career-site account you use the Service with. You sign in to those accounts yourself; the Service never asks for those credentials.

Review before submitting. The Service is designed so you can review every filled application before it is sent. What you submit to an employer is your submission — check it.

Applying for others. If you use the Service on behalf of another candidate (for example as a placement agency, consultancy, bootcamp, or career-services provider), you represent that you have that candidate’s informed, documented authorization; that the candidate has self-attested the truth of their own information, including work authorization; and that you will not alter a candidate’s work-authorization answers.

Compliance with target sites’ terms. The websites where you use the Service have their own terms of service, some of which restrict automated or assisted access. Whether your specific use is permitted by a given site is between you and that site. You acknowledge and assume that risk, including the risk that a site may restrict or suspend your account.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your Fulltime Job Appliercredentials secure and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Submit knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent applications, or impersonate another person.
• Use the Service to alter or misrepresent any person’s work-authorization or immigration status.
• Circumvent the rate limits and human-paced safeguards built into the Service. These limits exist to protect both you and the companies you apply to from spam-like behavior.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Use the Service to fill or prepare an application for any person without their explicit, documented consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fulltime Job Applier and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of: (a) information you provided that was false or misleading; (b) your breach of a third-party site’s terms; (c) your use of the Service to prepare an application for another person without proper authorization; or (d) your breach of these terms.

The Service offers a free trial of 10 applications with full features. After the trial the assistant is disabled until you subscribe; you can still view your dashboard and history. We do not automatically convert your trial into a paid plan, and we never charge a card you have not entered at checkout.

Paid use is a monthly subscription, billed in US dollars, that grants an application allowance for each billing period. Current plans, allowances and prices are shown at checkout and on the Billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and your card is charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or by emailing admin@jobapplier.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and no further charges are made. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we retry it and email you. If it still fails after the retries, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free state. Nothing is owed for periods we could not charge.

What counts as one application. One application means one distinct job. Filling the same job again — a retry, a correction, or another pass over a form you already started — does not consume a second application. Attempts that fail before anything is filled do not consume your allowance either. Your usage and remaining allowance are always shown on the Billing page.

Unused allowance does not carry over. An allowance applies to the billing period it was charged for; applications you do not use during that period expire with it and are not refunded or transferred to a later period.

Charges are non-refundable except as described here or where the law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period, and unused allowance is not refunded or carried over. Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

Refunds we do give. If a charge was made in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, an unauthorized transaction on your card, or a confirmed extended Service outage), email admin@jobapplier.app within 14 days of the charge. We review these case-by-case and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take a further few days to show it. We may also extend your billing period as a goodwill remedy for Service errors.

The Service helps you complete applications. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Our success metric is “you applied to the right jobs faster than you would have manually” — outcomes after that depend on the employer.

You retain all rights to the data you submit (resume, profile, and the like). You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Service software, models, and infrastructure.

The Service is provided “as is.” Applicant tracking systems change layouts, captchas appear, third-party sites may restrict access, and browsers break extensions. We work to keep things running but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, that every field will be filled perfectly, or that any given application will be accepted. Review what the assistant fills before you submit it.

We are not responsible for actions taken by employers based on applications you submitted. If an employer rejects your application, contacts you, or takes any action, that is between you and them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months or $100.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at admin@jobapplier.app so we can try to resolve the matter informally. To the extent permitted by law, you and the Company agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the truthful-information and acceptable-use rules. We will provide notice except in cases of clear abuse.

When we change material terms, we will update the version shown at the top, post the updated terms here, and re-prompt active users for acceptance on next sign-in. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
