About Fulltime Job Applier

Fulltime Job Applier helps you find the jobs that fit you and apply to them without the busywork. It is three things, built on one record of you:

• AI job search. A conversation that knows your record and every opening in our index. Fits come back as Strong, Good or Stretch — never a score — with the reasons and the posting’s own words. It never hides a job without saying why.
• Traditional job search. The board with filters for market sector, company, role, location, experience and remote, with each employer’s sponsorship history from USCIS and Department of Labor filings.
• The Chrome extension. Apply with AI reads the application form, fills every field with answers drafted from your record, and pauses for you to review and submit.

A few things we hold to:

• It runs in your browser. The extension uses your real Chrome session — no cloud bot pretending to be you — and you click Submit on every application yourself.
• You stay in control. No background scheduling, no applications sent while you’re away. Nothing is submitted without your click.
• Every fact names its source. Market openings come from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (JOLTS); employer filings from USCIS and the Department of Labor. Each number says where it came from and the period it covers.
