Ask for the jobs that fit you. Then apply with AI.
AI job search is a conversation that knows your profile and every opening in our index — fits come back as Strong, Good or Stretch, with the reasons in the posting’s own words. Traditional job search gives you the filters, with each employer’s sponsorship history. And the Chrome extension fills the application from your profile, then pauses for you to review and submit.
Find the jobs that fit. Apply without the busywork.
Every feature here is shipped, not promised — and every number we show names where it came from.
AI job search
Ask in plain words. It knows your record and every opening in our index. Fits come back as Strong, Good or Stretch — never a score — with the reasons and the posting’s own words. It never hides a job without saying why: sponsorship, citizenship, clearance or your pay floor.
Traditional job search
The board with filters: market sector, company, role, location, experience and remote. Each employer shows its sponsorship history from USCIS and Department of Labor filings, with the source on every number.
Apply with AI
The Chrome extension reads the application form, fills every field with answers drafted from your record, and pauses for you to review and submit. Submitting is always your click.
Job market report
Market openings from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (JOLTS) and employers’ H-1B and PERM filings from USCIS and the Department of Labor. Every fact names its source and the period it covers.
Learn to read the market the way a recruiter does
The same way of reading that ranks your fits, written up as plain guides.

Build your record
Drop your resume and we turn it into your record: work history, education, skills and the facts applications ask for. Review it once.
Ask or filter
Ask AI job search for what you want, or use Traditional job search and its filters. Either way you see why a job fits — or why it was set aside.
Apply with AI
Open the job and press Apply with AI in the Chrome extension. It reads the form and fills every field with answers drafted from your record.
Review and submit
It pauses before Submit. Check every answer, change anything you like, and submit it yourself.
You stay in control: every application is filled in your own browser — never an unattended bot on our servers — the assistant stops before the Submit button, and we never ask for your career-site passwords.
The extension fills. You review and submit.
Open an application and press Apply with AI — the extension reads the company's form, fills every field with answers drafted from your record, and pauses for you to review and submit.
Stylized illustration — hand-crafted, not a recorded screen capture.
Drop your resume. Get your record.
We read your PDF into your record — name, contact, work history, education and skills — and you review it once. AI job search matches openings against it, and the extension fills applications from it.
- Full bullet lists preserved — no truncation
- Edit anything later on your Profile
- Re-upload anytime to refresh your record
It pauses for you. Nothing is sent without your click.
When the form is filled, the extension stops before Submit so you can check every answer. If a question needs a fact your record doesn't have, it asks you — and your answer is saved for the next form.
- Stops before Submit on every application
- Change any answer before you send it
- Saved answers are reused on later applications
Track every application.
Every application you send lands in your Job tracker — the role, the company and the date — and you move it along as you hear back. You never lose track of where you applied.
- Every application in one list, by stage
- A weekly goal to keep your pace
Common questions.
What is Job Applier?
Three things. AI job search — a conversation that knows your record and every opening in our index, and answers with fits as Strong, Good or Stretch, with the reasons. Traditional job search — the board with filters for market sector, company, role, location, experience and remote, plus each employer’s sponsorship history. And the Chrome extension — Apply with AI fills the application from your record and pauses for you to review and submit.
Does it hide jobs?
Never silently. When AI job search sets a job aside — because it doesn’t sponsor visas, requires citizenship or a security clearance, or pays below your floor — the reply says so and why, and you can ask to see those jobs anyway. Fits are tiers with reasons, never a hidden score.
Where do the facts come from?
Market openings come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS). Employer sponsorship history comes from USCIS H-1B employer data and Department of Labor filings (H-1B labor condition applications and PERM). Every fact names its source and the period it covers.
Will employers know I used an AI assistant?
No. The extension fills the application from your real record and answers questions using your real facts — and you review and submit it yourself. The application looks identical to one you typed by hand.
Which application sites does the extension work on?
The extension reads whatever application form is open in your Chrome tab, so it isn’t tied to a fixed list of sites. It has been built and tested on the major career platforms, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, BambooHR and SmartRecruiters. If a site gives you trouble, tell support.
Does it apply to jobs for me automatically?
It fills; you submit. The extension completes the whole form — questions, essays, resume attach — then stops before the Submit button so you can review everything. Submitting is always your own click, in your own browser. Nothing ever applies on your behalf from our servers.
Are my passwords and data safe?
Yes. Applications are filled in your own Chrome — never an unattended bot farm on our servers. We never ask for your career-site passwords: where a site needs a login, you sign in yourself and the extension waits. Work-authorization and sponsorship answers always come from your saved facts, so nothing is misrepresented.
Where does my data live?
Your profile and resume live in our database, encrypted at rest, and we never sell your data — export or delete it anytime. Career-site passwords are never collected at all: you sign in yourself, and those credentials never pass through us.
How is this different from a Chrome extension that auto-fills forms?
Auto-fill extensions paste your contact info into one form at a time. Job Applier reads the whole form, fills every field including screening questions and essays, attaches your resume, and leaves the finished application ready for your review — and it starts before the form, with a search that tells you which jobs fit and why.
Does the assistant ever lie about my qualifications?
No. Facts — work authorization, sponsorship, dates, degrees — come from your record, never invented. Written answers are drafted from your record, and every answer is on the page for you to review and change before you submit.
How much does it cost?
The free trial is 10 applications — no card required. After that: $9.99 a month for 100 applications, or $19.99 a month for unlimited applications. One application means one job: filling the same job again — a retry, a fix, another pass at a form you already started — never counts twice. Both plans renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from the Billing page — you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Current prices are on the Billing page.
