Apply to jobs in minutes with your AI assistant.

Drop your resume and open a job. The assistant reads the form and fills every field — even the long, multi-step applications most tools can’t handle — with answers drafted in your voice. You review, you click Submit, you take the interviews.

Step 1 · Profile

Drop your resume. Get a complete profile.

Our AI reads your PDF and pre-fills every field — name, contact, work history, education, skills. Answer a handful of universal screening questions once; we reuse them on every application.

  • Full bullet lists preserved — no truncation
  • Sparkle badges show which fields the AI filled
  • Re-upload anytime to refresh your profile

Step 2 · Human-in-the-loop

The agent pauses for the answers only you can give.

If an application asks something the agent can't guess — visa-sponsorship nuance, ‘why this company’, salary expectations — it pauses and asks. You answer once on the dashboard; the agent resumes and remembers it for next time.

  • Notifications surface novel questions instantly
  • Answers saved per company for the next visit
  • Other applications keep running in parallel

Step 3 · Results

Track every application as it happens.

Counters tick up in real time. Every application has a full history — when it was sent and the answer given to each screening question. You never lose track of where you applied.

  • Live counters during runs
  • Per-application history (every answer, every field)
  • Lifetime totals with a date-range filter

From the beta

Time saved. Friction gone. Interviews landed.

Open the extension, press Start, do other work — the agent fills the forms while you stay in your flow.

A long application form was eating 20 minutes every time — same screening questions, same work-history retyping. Now I press Start with the extension open and it knocks out 5 in that same window while I'm in stand-up.

Set it up in under 15 minutes — dropped in my résumé, answered the universal screening questions once, picked the companies I cared about. No learning curve. My only job now is opening the extension and pressing Start.
Priya Iyer
Product Manager · Remote
Four interview calls in my first three weeks — more than the past two months of applying manually. Same volume of applications, just done without the form-fatigue that used to kill my Sunday sessions.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will employers know I used an AI assistant?

No. The assistant fills the application from your real profile and answers screening questions using your real facts — and you review and submit it yourself. The application looks identical to one you typed by hand.

What ATSes do you support?

Seven applicant-tracking platforms: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, BambooHR, and SmartRecruiters — together they power most company career portals. We add support for new ones regularly — drop a request to support if there is a site you need.

Does it apply to jobs for me automatically?

It fills; you submit. The assistant completes the whole form — screening questions, essays, resume attach — then stops before the Submit button so you can review everything. Submitting is always your own click, in your own browser. Nothing ever applies on your behalf from our servers.

Are my passwords and data safe?

Yes. Everything happens in your own Chrome — never an unattended bot farm on our servers. We never ask for your career-site passwords: where a site needs a login, you sign in yourself and the assistant waits. Screening and work-authorization answers always come from your real saved facts, so nothing is misrepresented.

Where does my data live?

Your profile and resume live in our database, encrypted at rest, and we never sell your data — export or delete it anytime. Career-site passwords are never collected at all: you sign in yourself, and those credentials never pass through us.

How is this different from a Chrome extension that auto-fills forms?

Auto-fill extensions paste your contact info into one form at a time. Job Applier reads the whole form, fills every field including screening questions and essays, attaches your resume, and leaves the finished application ready for your review — and you can chat with it to fix or rewrite any answer before you submit.

Does the assistant ever lie about my qualifications?

No. Screening answers come from facts you saved on your profile. If a job asks something we don't have an answer for, we ask you — never make one up.

How much does it cost?

Free trial: 7 days, 50 applications per day, no card required. After the trial, paid plans are simple one-time passes — you buy a fixed number of days and it never auto-renews, so there is no subscription to cancel. Current plans and prices are on the Billing page.
